Break Up The Banks Coordinated Public CampaignPlease email tyc@anewwayforward.org to add your group.Dear Organization, We invite your group to join a sustained boycott and outreach campaign to change the course for breaking up the banks. You will join the coalition of groups, all of whom believe that the major financial industry players have had far too much control over the response to the economic crisis that is destroying our communities. We need to put people in the seat of power over the bankers. If we don't address the way companies are allowed to grow so big that they can take down the country, we will lose the very battle that can also deliver us to a safer, stabler economy. While each group has a different specific piece of legislative focus, we all share a belief that Wall Street power over government policy is far too great, and that we need to assert control over the large, insolvent companies that are currently being funded by taxpayer dollars. We will work with you to present your policy goals on the site What will this coalition of groups do? We will have a consolidated public campaign that carries a shared message to reform the economy forward. Please get in touch with Tiffiniy Cheng at tyc - anewwayforwad - org

Tell Congress
New laws should be put in place that end government support for companies becoming “too big to fail” and instead support jobs.
